This bed was built using some of the finest curly Black walnut wood we have ever had the pleasure to work with. To do justice to this exceptional wood, we book-matched each piece to give this bed a seamless and continuous texture.
This Platform bed has built-in nightstands that tie into the entire bed structure and visually hover over the ground with seemingly little support. Each nightstand has a built-in reading lamp and controls for back lighting behind the headboard. The white lacquer shelves help reduce clutter and provide a convenient spot for a decorative vase or bedtime reading.
The footboard was built as a single unit and curves around the front of the bed giving this entire bed a very sleek appearance. The upholstery was made of the finest white leather available. In the second image, you can see this bed with a European slat system installed.
